What to eat to replenish nutrients to the brain?



A. Limit fast foods make way: The absorption of large amounts of food and drink make the fast line (such as candy, soda water, ...) will increase blood levels of insulin (hormone to regulate blood sugar rate) , will lead to shortage of blood glucose ratio by the body to regulate, not stop to absorb too much sugar. -Bananas: contains large amounts of vitamin B6, vitamin kind of interference in the functioning of the nervous system.
